The Elmhurst Clinic The Elmhurst Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic founded in 1952. The 50 clinic physicians practice in multiple sites in Elmhurst, Wood Dale, and Carol Stream. These sites are affiliated with Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare; however, the physicians of the Elmhurst Clinic exist as a separate corporation, and own 20% of ELMCARE. |
